Digital Media is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the US. However, there is no organized digital media in the Treasure Valley educational system. We are offering an alternate educational and creative pathway for young people.
This fast paced crash course boot camp on videography will teach youths how to tell stories using video while laying a foundation which can follow them into their futures.
All youth are born creative.
The workshop is designed for the next generation of young creative artists ages 13-18. All young individuals have the ability to create. What they do with it and the direction taken is their choice for their future. We would like to help them explore this future and give them thought for possible career paths. Students will learn how expressing oneself creatively through video is accomplished. They will gain the confidence and skills to pursue a positive future for themselves in multimedia. Our youth are no longer only consumers of knowledge, they are 21st century creators.

the principals of photography, lighting, sound, composing shots and maintaining continuity. You will learn camera techniques and how to create sequences. This may sound like a lot but mostly we’ll have fun. This will be a fast paced immersive experience for media savvy youths.
